Be confident in not knowing 🤍

« Be confident in not knowing. Then be open to knowing, if it’s something you want to know. Opening to it is releasing the holding pattern ».

These words have been nourishing deeply my Sadhana practice...And it goes again & again...it never stops: WE KNOW UNTIL NOT.
.
As long as we can stay with the not knowing, the knowing that emerges will be deeper, she would add.
.
And for now I love dwelling in this space, dissolving softly when possible, some knowing I have...so that a new version of my own knowing can be tasted.
.
Of course, this takes practice as there are parts in/of us grabbing or holding to the perceived knowledge which can be, undoubtedly comfortable and comforting.
.
It can require immense humility as in the space of not knowing, it can feel so new like a blank page, and that can be scary or even exhausting.
.
However it does seem to be the only path towards new layers in the Knowing to be tasted. In the process we thread some parts of what we think we know...
.
But no rush.
.
As there is no pretending there.
.
This is about sensing & feeling.
.
We just need to be curious, as the main ingredient to taste again a layer of knowing.
.
As I continue my journey of deconstruction and visiting the misimpressions I can have (inherited or conditioned), this is the best guidance I can receive and give.
.
Knowledge is bondage as the Shiva Sutra refers to...Jñānaṁ bandhaḥ.
.
The longer on the path of Life, the more I understand this sutra as knowledge can indeed become a self limiting belief system, dogma or a prison to the Self that could potentially bring veils on our infinite being.
.
Don’t be scared to keep revisiting and deconstructing what you (think) you know.
.
With honest explorations, this can lead us to new terrains of the Knowing field (which needless to say will always be unique to us).
.
Seeds of freedom, courage and humility sit most probably in the not knowing fabrics, and that’s exciting.
.
On the mat. Outside the mat.
.
These words I write, for me to remember, for you too if this resonates in your contemplations.
.
Lovingly, 🌬🤍
