  • Embodiment & Yoga Flow

    Embodiment & Yoga Flow:

    Continuum of movement and expression that draws from the discoveries of various Hatha Yoga and somatic systems in order to experience yoga as a living form, empowering the practitioner to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, integrate and facilitate awareness in their body-mind.

  • Yin Yoga & Somatics

    Yin Yoga & Somatics:

    Gentle held postures, body mind centering and intuitive movement practices to stimulate energy flow in meridians energy channels, restore, rewire and replenish our nervous system and physical body authentically. Focuses on the subtle body (connective tissues, but also bones, blood or organs).

  • Mindful Sunrise Flow

    Mindful Sunrise Flow:

    A “miracle” early sunrise gentle flow aiming at (re)setting ourselves for a new day, feeling the calm stimulation we all need to meet our busy lives: a mindful Yin/Yang practice style.

  • Shake the Dust

    Shake the Dust:

    A transformative, embodied workout of the body & mind. Unique experience of shaking, jumping, dancing, free movement, yoga, pilates and somatic flow. A “recalibration” practice as I often call it.

Every class is a creation process unfolding for you, for me: a co-creation, always unique, inspired by what is happening around/within us, you and me. The common thread tends to be about sharing together a sincere & authentic moment. Facilitating and being/acting as the space holder of that experience to unfold is the greatest blessing that forever keeps me inspired to teach.
