A Prayer

There is a prayer we call Trust.
There is a prayer we call Faith.
There is a prayer we call Love.
There is a prayer we call....

These days, as we navigate into the waves of uncertainty and discomfort, I often find myself into a space of prayer. And I wonder: What is a prayer after all?

A «Prayer is a surge of the heart, it is a simple look turned toward heaven, it is a cry of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy. »... I have to love this definition from a far away family cousin, St. Therese of Lisieux, whom I admire so greatly.
A surge of heart, that’s what feels about right.

There are, these days moments of strange despair, sadness, and there can also be moments when joy and happiness find their way in, even for a short time, and every day, every hour sound like a new journey of its own.
How fragile and impermanent we are all...How our e-motions need some kind of « motion » to be continuously transmuted. It is a process which seems to never find its peace or resolution...a process continuously in (e)-motion...

My heart longs for peace, for healing, for knowing a bit more, for seeing some of my loved ones so far away, for this drama & so many other dramas to find a pause, for a world where we could embrace each other, literally embrace each other, support each other in our very unique journey on Earth...
I long, I long, deeply from my heart for so many people and for so many things...and I suppose this is what we call praying.

May all the surges of our collective Hearts form the most powerful & graceful Prayer, an universal one for all beings & for each one of us.

Wednesday, this is Full Moon, a moon of relationships apparently - there cannot be better timing to practice the relationship we have with others and with oneself. I do not know what your prayers are about and their shapes but it feels that when we come together even virtually, our prayers gain power & grace.

I will carry my prayer in a virtual circle of full moon, at @yogaflamestudio , as I will be teaching a Yin yoga class at 18:00.
Check the website? Lots of offerings Live & recorded classes.

I would love to « see » you, to unite the surges of our collective hearts.❤️✨
