And, I rest

And... I rest.
I choose to rest.
I rest into my bones.
I rest into my skeleton.
I rest into my connective tissus.
I rest into my organs.
I rest into the shape of me.
I rest into myself.
I feel safe, I am safe.

There is nowhere to go than in the body, the ultimate vehicle for our awakenings & all human life experiences.

We may want to escape at times, distracting ourselves with so many activities or to-do lists (I excel in this art). But these days, there is truly no where to go. And one has to wonder how we are choosing to go through this confinement period. Will be continue to be frenetically busy?
We could well continue on the same pace which got many of us so sick at times...or we could well choose to feel, to really feel....as we go through what is amongst the most exceptional experience many of us will ever experience.

Some say that this crisis is leading to a new era, to a new paradigm, that our world is changing....I am personally not sure nor convinced, as it takes a true behavioral change in all of us to bring changes in a society. This is never out there, seeds are always planted within each of us.

How can we manifest a more caring world if we are not caring for ourselves first? How can we manifest a slower pace world if together we are not moving more slowly... It takes a village to raise a child as the African proverb says...Its takes our global village to rise to another version of our ways of living, and it will take time.

For now, until we know what the future holds, I rest.

I rest into Light, into Shadow.
I bow.
To what I/we are becoming,
To what we are all feeling,
Loving, Praying,
For what is.

If you feel like moving your bones in the liquids of your body, if you feel like connecting to parts of yourself you do not often visit, if you feel like connecting, if you feel like resting, like me in the comfort of the body, please join me tomorrow Wednesday at 19:00 for a gentle caring flow & yin yoga session. To be booked through the @yogaflamestudio website if interested.

Until we meet again, I truly wish you to rest well, so well that you could feel your bone marrow in your spine keeping your sense of vibrancy.
With my ❤️✨ always.
