Ending is the doorway to openings

And I will spend this day of ending, resting...

What a wild ride the year 2020 has been for us all. Something that none of us probably ever expected to live and in so many ways, we have been pushed in all corners of our Soul...the bright ones standing in compassion, kindness and solidarity as well as the darker ones into most likely some of our deepest fears.

This year has been a year of the NOW, living in the NOW, which most of us have been trying to practice for years, until the real NOW hit us pretty dramatically. We had no other choice than living, every day, in the NOW, breathing it in all its tastes.

I am not going to lie: it has been an excruciating year and the revelations of this excruciating continues to reveal itself in the "magic" of our soul evolutions. "Magic happens outside our comfort zone" they say? If there is truth into this, then let's hope for a magical 2021, tasting the fruits of our resilience, because 2020 was for sure mainly about discomfort with parenthesis of joys.

I want to dare dreaming about some kind of a serene New Year. No big resolutions as I am, humbly, resting into the power of Life, even if I do not fully comprehend it, and will probably never be able to, as the power of Life is most likely not about what we can understand, but probably about what we cannot comprehend. The "point" if there is any point could be about the exploration of the Self, in all its layers. It is beautiful, joyful, it is ugly and depressing too.

"Can I detach myself from any preference" is my personal practice.

"Am I able to feel it all, with profound awareness" is my enquiry.

So, I will dream of a year where the NOW can be kissed by a sense of hope and trust, hope in Humanity, including our very own. May we are able to kiss all the layers of One-Self. Because when we do, we can also extend this vibration to all around us and invite for more authenticity in our lives.

And before I end those lines, I want to share with you an event where I will appear, and this is happening on Saturday: The Geneva Yoga Festival, from 2-3rd January, all online this coming week end. This festival is organised by many wonderful Yogis of the Geneva Yoga scene. I know that some of you will be busy this week end, but if you could help us keep the Geneva Yoga scene vibrant and support your local teachers during those challenging times, that would be so appreciated.

If you are interested in my own class, I would love to welcome you. I will teaching on Saturday (12:00-13:15) Geneva time, you can register HEREThanks so much for joining us, for now we have limited participation confirmed but it would be such a great encouragement for me to welcome you in my class, as I feel shy in asking for support.

I want to say and I end this newsletter: Lots of Love, and by LOVE, I truly mean it. Thanks for the Love you gave me this year. It made a huge difference in my life and in my personal wellbeing. I hope you have felt mine this year.

I look forward to seeing you in 2021. Mwah! ♥
