I knee down

And with an open heart, I knee down to intuitive feelings, to the felt sense of what is here, what is right now...
This could be my mantra this week or probably any week actually.

I bow to the felt sense of the experience.
The experience of the experience.

To the feeling,
To the sensing,
To the knowing,
To the unknowing,
To the Yin,
Going IN,
To the Yang,
Sparkling into a sense of Bang,
To duality,
As the only way to experience Unity.

As I write those words, I remember again.

Nothing exists if its opposite has not been felt or recognized.

And it always began right here, right now, in the cellular body. Anything starts there. Because it cannot happen anywhere else, or it would just be mental constructions which for sure would fulfill our need to understand & frame.
There is nothing wrong with our desire to understand, but until we have a (unique & personal) felt sense of an experience, we cannot fully comprehend it, even if we read pages in books or taught by teachers.

As I visualize healthy cells in my body this week (as not feeling too well), I come back to those basics, and to that cell that created Life, to the cell that created my life. Wow, that cell that then created the trillions of cells I/we have in our bodies...but it all began as simple and magic at it is: one unique original cell, right here, right now.

That is now the essence of my personal yoga practice as I navigate through the journey of creation & evolution. Yoga is probably not about funky asanas (who truly cares how bendy of flexible one is except if done with the required & playful distance) but more about a journey of remembrance. Remembering how it all began and what we are truly, not from a mental construction but from a felt sense of it.

If you feel like being with me on this journey of remembrance through the doorway of the body, please join me this week at different places. I could invite for:
.
1. Instagram Live (my very first! Come to encourage me? For 15mn-20mn as a teaser in preparation to the Geneva Yoga Festival that will be held online over the new year!
.
2. A Yin yoga class (online) this Friday at 19:30 at Yoga Flame (book through the website)
.
3. A sweet & short Yin and Embodied Flow practice of 1h this coming Sunday as part of the marvellous Satiam Festival organized online...

That should keep me on my toes in my journey, this week, with you, to forever remember.

To the journey of the felt sense of everything, the intelligence emerging from the body, dogmas free, I bow, with my open whole open heart. 🦋🤍
