Deep into the Fall

Deep into the Fall...

Deep into falling into me...

Without much safety net, I keep on learning meeting me in all the layers of (my own) humanity...

When we are ready to truly meet all parts of the Self, we are also able to meet others, without projections, in all the layers of themselves, their truth, simply because we would have touched ours first...It goes like that, and wouldn’t it be lovely to have meaningful connections based on such paradigm?

There is not any more fascinating journey than to understand & perceive Life in a body, ours, as unique as our experiences can be.

Some of you know how allergic I have become to dogmas, starting with the yoga ones, as I surrender to a simpler practice, that is the art of being myself, in freedom. For sure dogmas give us structures & a map that helps us to navigate Life & our practices, but they were probably not originally designed to be followed blindly.

As uncomfortable as it is, this is what Yoga is in my own heart: the art of peeling all the layers of what is not myself in order to truly taste what is myself...and it takes time, it truly does...like any meaningful & mindful transformative journey.

In all my years of living including as a yogi and a yoga facilitator, I have undoubtedly accumulated a lot of projections & conditioning, and I am, with patience & impatience, layer after layer peeling them off or away, softly, and sometimes less softly.

If you want to practice Yoga, be ready to start that journey of Truth, and be mindful not to see what you are taught as the only way, as that would be another layer conditioning we would unconsciously add on to our already charged conditioned Self. See the practices of Yoga (all kinds of styles) as a magnificent & forever inspiring tool box for us to play with as you keep in mind that the true teacher is forever within and not in that box.

As you step outside the box, magic happens they say, probably the same happens with a yoga practice, and life in general...

How can we prepare ourselves to be more resilient & ready to be outside a container that can feel too restricted at times for soul searching souls, is my forever enquiry.

Be forever humble & ready to peel off what you think you know and are, and be like those autumn leaves, leaving their old skin, falling on Earth, and falling slowly into the newer version of themselves as rebirth will eventually rise.

That’s what my yoga practice has now truly become as I wrote those words, I commit to allowing myself to thread into pieces, ready to die the sense of an old Self, what I think is « me », to welcome my new Self, every day.

This rather odd 2020 year seems to be an interesting invitation to practice the art of being outside a comfort zone, and feel freedom in a different way...so why don’t we try to feel more liberation & freedom in our bodies first? No need for permission for that, and a forever source of inspiration.

Not a revolution, just a liberation.

Freedom and all revelations that will arise anchor themselves in the cells of your body, in your organs, in your muscles, in your fascia....not from a teacher, not from

What you read, or listen to...this is about the felt sense of Self not a theoretical idea of the Self.

We have to be ready to unknow as this seems to be the only way to know.

To the Fall, I bow,

To Falling into me, I pray,

To the Process of Falling, I trust,

Immense love and more. ✨
